Our role as Pastoral Council is to work with our Pastor and Pastoral Staff in a consultive capacity, to move the community forward into the future, and to share with our Pastor, our Pastoral Staff and our Parish Family our collective wisdom.

Pastoral Council Goals- 2008-2009

1. The pastoral council will review, support and promote programs, committees and parish activities that enhance worship, sacramental life, outreach and service, faith formation, and the spiritual life of Holy Family Catholic Community. Council and staff will share and communicate information to the parish through the bulletin, and web site throughout the year.  A welcome format/packet and "process" will be created by May, 2009 for new parishioners and returning members with distribution of it throughout the community. Council members will show support by attending various parish events during the year.

2. The pastoral council will communicate and collaborate with the finance council, business manager, staff and pastor throughout the year in regards to facility planning.  Our role will be to give the finance council feedback as needed, help build effective communication (two- way) with parishioners so that the best, most realistic decisions can be made, and to offer input so that the facilities which are chosen meet the ministerial needs of our parish.
